Participants will gain insights into the unique stressors experienced by those working in the emergency services, developing cultural competence, and understanding the fundamental concepts of stress management and peer support models. Through interactive sessions, attendees will explore the diverse forms of stress encountered within the first responder culture, highlighting the distinctions and variations from those encountered in thecivilian world.

Day Two: Practical Application of Stress Management and CISM
